On march 2, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello, I am writing this on behalf of the band Seven Mary Three. Per the wishes of Jason Ross (singer / songwriter) and Steve Balcom (band manager), please allow the inclusion of Seven Mary Three on the Live Music Archive. We will be starting out with just a few shows for now. For the time being the only restriction is that any potential uploaders seek authorization from myself or Mr. Balcom prior to putting a show on the archive. Seven Mary Three reserves the right to have removed any unauthorized recordings or revoke the inclusion at any time. Thanks for all of your efforts in preserving live recordings for all to enjoy!
